The subject of the Bixa Finance contract is the use of the Bixa Finance services. With the help of Bixa Finance, the customer opens a business account with . Access via Bixa Finance offers the customer access to the business account and to the partner services within the respective application provided by Bixa Finance. Details of the Bixa Finance services and the fees charged for them can be found in the applicable price and service list , to which the Bixa Finance GTC apply in full as part of the Bixa Finance contract.
Among other things, Bixa Finance provides the technical requirements for the and other services in connection with the business account and access to other regulated partner services from banking institutions and financial and payment service providers as a technical service provider within the meaning of Section 2 Para. 1 No. 9 of the Payment Services Supervision Act via access, integration and interfaces (including so-called APIs), which are made available by the respective institute or service provider.
Bixa Finance only owes the customer the Bixa Finance Services that are listed as Bixa Finance services in the applicable list of prices and services. Bixa Finance does not conduct any banking business and does not provide any financial or payment services within the meaning of the German Banking Act or the Payment Services Supervision Act. In particular, Bixa Finance does not exchange money in foreign currencies.
Bixa Finance always endeavors to ensure unrestricted usability and availability of the Bixa Finance Services, but cannot provide an unrestricted guarantee for this. Bixa Finance is obliged to ensure an annual average of 99% usability and availability of the Bixa Finance Services (“ Service Level ”).
